2018 Drama Project

We are currently delivering a series of  drama workshops exploring the theme of ‘Music Hall.’ Spaces are available and we are keen to meet new members!

When? Thursdays from 1.30-4.30pm.

Where? Quaker Friends Meeting House, 39 Fonnereau Rd, Ipswich IP1 3JH*. Our volunteers can accompany you to/from local buses or trains.

How much? Initial taster session free of charge, then £5 per session payable in six week blocks.

Next steps: Please contact Jenni to book a taster session (no commitment) by phoning 07528 189865 or emailing jenni@unscenesuffolk.co.uk . *Please be sure to get in touch before attending as we have occasional changes of venue.

Our next theatre production will take place in October 2018 – details to be announced soon!

Our current work is funded by: the Santander Foundation, The Big Lottery (Awards For All) and the Suffolk Community Foundation through Joy Abbott Fund, David and Jill Simpson Fund and Suffolk Giving Fund.

We’ve also been visiting the theatre for inspiration! In January we met the cast (and puppets) of Red Riding Hood – the Rock n Roll panto at the New Wolsey Theatre for a touch tour before the audio-described performance.
